Please be informed that apart from the public underground car park with direct entrance to our hotel there is an alternative basement garage for the same price only about 2 minutes walking distance away from us. The "Q-Park" always has enough space which means that no one needs to search for long in case our car park is occupied already. The payment for both garages can be made at our hotel reception desk and we hope to meet again someday for an even more enjoyable stay. Location was good. Hotel was ok but should be alot cheaper. Also had a horrible exeprience as the alarm went of 1 AM. The major problem was that no personal went out, and no one explained the situation afterwords. When I asked the answer was maybe somebody had a long shower. Happen all the time. If this is true, how can you not fix that? Additionally, the alarm did only go on selected floors. What would have happened if it was a real alarm?
