We are sorry that we could not meet your expectations for a direct free cancellation of your booking, as you booked a discounted "non-cancellable rate" through a third party, the booking conditions are clearly advertised on this portal and include that a free cancellation or change is not possible. The normal room rate can always be canceled free of charge up to 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. Since the booking conditions provide for it, we cannot cancel free of charge for you directly. These rates are offered by many hotels on a wide variety of booking platforms, so we very much hope that you will give our H+ Hotel the chance to offer you a pleasant stay to prepare.
