Stay was generally quite good. Not too impressed with the cost of parking or breakfast, they were both extremely expensive in my opinion, but that seems to be common in Switzerland from what I hear. Other hotels in the same chain offer those benefits for free or very little charge.

The location and comfortable beds would make me want to come again. The customer service is lacking and as long as I only had to interact minimally with staff, I could recommend the place to others. This is by far not the best place I have ever stayed. I expected more for the price. Why isn't there a microwave or small refrigerator in the rooms? This would be quite helpful, as well as an ala carte breakfast menu for room service.

Vous l'avez peut-etre compris, mon expérience n'a pas été agréable. Je n'ai dormi que 3 heures, alors que j'avais une présentation importante le lendemain. Je viens régulièrement dans votre hotel et je continuerai certainement à venir, mais lors de ma reservation, je demanderai une chambre qui n'a pas de chambre jumelée, si possible calme. Je vais également informer l'agence avec laquelle nous travaillons afin qu'elle fasse en sorte que personne d'autre de notre entreprise n'aie ce type de chambre dans votre hotel.
