Nice, clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, perfect location if you arrive by car and also not far from the old town, friendly and helpful staff. I also think that hotel is pet friendly although our dog was not with us this time.

Very friendly staff, rooms are clean. Fairly short walk to get to Old Town. If we ever get to Salzburg again, we will definitely stay here.

Everything was great during my visit last year, except for the fact that the staff charged my credit card twice when I checked out. I emailed the reception several times, and they assured me that the extra money had been released. However, my card not receive it untill now. This incident has made me hesitant to stay here, as I intend to visit Salzburg again in July.
