Information on the discontinuation of our HotMiles Business Events bonus programme
We would like to inform you that our HotMiles Business Events bonus programme will be discontinued on 30.04.2025. Until this date, you can redeem the HotMiles you have collected through your events for free nights in our hotels as usual. From 01.05.2025, it will no longer be possible to collect HotMiles and any HotMiles not redeemed by then will expire without replacement. Please note that it will no longer be possible to log in to the member area from 01.05.2025.
Our conference team will remain at your side and will continue to support you professionally and passionately in the planning and organization of your future events.

Instructions for redeeming your HotMiles
To redeem your accumulated HotMiles, please log in to your HotMiles Business Events profile.
- After logging in, you will find the option "Redeem my HotMiles" in the menu bar under "Status".
- Select the desired hotel, your desired date and the number of people.
- Then click on "Show rooms + prices".
- Complete the booking as usual by entering your personal details.

Below you will find information on data protection and the handling of your data after the end of the bonus programme:
- Data on expired points: Data that is processed exclusively for the administration of points and whose expiry has occurred in accordance with point 8 of the conditions of participation must be deleted at the end of the expiry period (i.e. on December 31 of the year), provided there are no further retention obligations.
- Invoice data: Invoices that serve as the basis for the crediting of "HotMiles Business Events" points are subject to a retention obligation under tax law of 10 years (Section 147 (1) No. 1 AO). Accordingly, this data may not be deleted before the retention period has expired.
- Registration data: The registration data of HotMiles Business Event participants should be deleted after the last expiry date of the points and taking into account any limitation periods under civil law (regularly three years according to § 195 BGB).
