It was ok, hotel and breakfast room very crowded, people bumping into each other trying to get some food, very annoying. My biggest issue was the dirty carpet in rooms and hallways.

Please rest assured that most of the time it isn't dirty but shows uncomely marks from cleansers. As a matter of course we will check it and if necessary, replace the carpets. We are also sorry for the busy breakfast situation caused by the high number of guests at the same time. Kindly be advised to check the traffic light indicator which are placed in our elevators for the best breakfast hours next time. We hope to meet again someday for more delightful impressions.

We were very satisfied with our stay at your hotel. We stayed in a Business Doubleroom and got access to your Business Lounge. Happy with the room and breakfast but we were a llittle bit disappointed with the Lounge. We had expected it to be more cosy.
