The last time I was with you was 4 years ago and I had a great time, this time there were 2 problems.
1. The mattresses - their condition became very bad and I suffered from back pain throughout my stay at the hotel. It was very strange, when leaving the hotel, I told the receptionist about it but I didn't get a special answer, maybe about some compensation or something like that, except that you inform the rooms department. 4 years ago The condition of the mattresses was better.
2. Clogged toilets - unfortunately it came back twice on Saturday (an employee of yours came and fixed it) and also the next day on Sunday.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Die Lage top. Obwohl es sehr gut gebucht war hatte man nicht das Gefühl, dass es zu voll war. Keine Wartezeiten beim Frühstück zum Beispiel. Als Raucher finde ich natürlich auch das Vorhandensein einer Raucher Lounge toll
