Really bad, THE noisiest hotel I have stayed in. I travel a lot but experienced slam closing doors for a very long time, all good hotels now have soft close doors on the bedroom.

I stay with H2 very often in Munchen. The previous experience was basically always satisfying， but I was very disappointed this time to see the hair on the beds, as well as on the floor in the toilet. Even in a busy season with full-house booking, to keep the cleanliness level is the basic for a hotel.
