Online Checkin nicht funktioniert, obwohl angeboten. Zimmer stand zur vereinbarten Zeit nicht zur Verfügung. Kein Badezimmer, Dusche und Waschbecken im Schlafzimmer. Schade, nie wieder!

Sadly, we were very very disappointed. The room had a window but was entirely overlooked by corridors and other rooms...no possibility to see the outside world. Very claustrophobic. Sometimes a room is sold more cheaply because of a bad view. This was not at all the deal I had bought. The room appeared clean at first glance but we moved the beds slightly and found it not so clean under there. No USB charging in room. No possibility to make a drink No kettle or water. No tissues. No chair to sit in. A desk but only a low backless soft stool to sit on. A very designed room but but entirely impractical for use as a hotel room you might spend any time in. Met one friendly member of staff who helped find an adapter for us on the second day of asking and only after first asking if we could borrow one (service directory says you can borrow one from reception) and being told 'no' or 'no I'm sorry' but a different receptionist and that we were wrong and there was one. (The friendly lady did apologise for this when I showed her photos of the room and said we were right). In any other hotel we have ever stayed in I think reception would have said, 'Sorry we don't have any left to lend out at the moment but if you give me your room number we will try to get one to you as soon as possible'. 'No' with no reason just seems rude and unhelpful. The breakfast experience was not great. It is billed as self-service but feels honestly like noone cares. Two staff were around mainly chatting, not interested that the loaf of bread available was covered in ketchup, the bowl of ketchup had 3 spoons all dropped into it handles in the ketchup too..very unhygienic and a fly was landing on the cheese. Replenishing was very hit and miss. I wonder if there is better service if you eat earlier during service rather than in the last hour? Noone asked at all during our stay if anything was okay. We planned to say something if asked at checkout rather than leave a bad review. I have never left a bad review before, ever, as I feel it is better to share feedback when asked and give a chance for things to be put right but on check out noone asked about our stay either. Hotel looks good on photos but very much style over substance..fancy wallpaper and carpets but impractical and apart from one member of staff the most unfriendly and uncaring place I have stayed. I have travelled a fair bit over many years. Other Guest reviews suggest they have had a much better experience. Perhaps we were extremely unlucky. We really did want to have a good time and we are not complainers. What a shame. Thanks to the one staff member who showed any interest and wanted to help.

Kajütenbett zu klein für meine Grösse (188cm). Keine Möglichkeit zum wechseln. Wusste nicht, dass das Hotel solche Zimmer hat. Sehr mühsam für Ehepaare! Front desk sehr langsam, musste am zweiten Tag 15 Minuten vor der geschlossenen Garageneinfahrt warten bis meine Frau zurück kam um mir mitzuteilen, dass es plötzlich kein Platz mehr hat (überbucht). Wenigstes bekam ich die 20 € zurück. Nach mir kamen weitere Gäste, denen dasselbe widerfuhr. Es hat viel zu wenig Parkplätze für die Grösse des Hotels!

Terrible. The room was misrepresented on YOUR SITE. We ended up with 4 bunk beds . I am 82 yrs old . What do you think I thought about that. The check-in clerk was not friendly or helpful and was dismissive. The floor had "dust bunnies" under the bunks. There was no tissue (kleenex). The front desk never answered their phone. The room was not ready upon arrival & check in and we waited for over an hour. There were not towels for four guests even though there were four beds and I presume that we were charged as if there were 4. We bought 2 gift items from case and were told to use "trash bags" to carry them. There were no luggage carts. On this trip we stayed in over 20 hotels..this was the worst !!

War genervt weil erstens kein warm wasser gelaufen ist! Und die klima anlage ist auch nach einer zeit abgestürtzt An der Rezeption meinte sie der Techniker behebt das problem bis morgen… Am nächstes morgen war immer noch keine warme wasser zufuhr.
