호텔 직원들이 매우 친절하고, 도움을 주기 위하여 노력하고 있다는 것을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원들 2명과 레스토랑 직원 1명으로부터 각각 개인적인 도움을 받을 일이 있었는데, 모두 성실하게 제 요청을 듣고 도와주었던 점이 돋보였습니다. 방 크기나 조식 등도 적절하고, 호텔 위치가 역 바로 앞에 있고, 다른 가게들과 인접해 있던 것도 좋았습니다.
I could feel that the hotel staff were very friendly and made genuine efforts to be helpful. On separate occasions, I received personal assistance from two front desk staff members and one restaurant staff member, and all of them stood out for listening attentively to my requests and helping me sincerely. The room size and breakfast were also appropriate, and I appreciated that the hotel was located right in front of the station and close to other shops.
