Inside hotel couldn't be better. Just outside is uncomfortable and duty because of driving, yelling, posting in the plaza near the hotel and mall. That situation was very unfortunate. Would be nice to walk out of the hotel without concern for safety.

Die Lage neben dem Bahnhof ist natürlich theoretisch super. Der Südtiroler Platz vor dem Hotel hat uns erschreckt, weil sich dort viele Obdachlose und Süchtige aufhalten.

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel and would definitely stay again in the future. It was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom facilities were lovely. We found the air conditioning not particularly effective as the room was quite hot and we couldn't open the windows as they were locked.

I would say I don't would go back to this hotel for the reasons explained.
Also I use the hotel for only one of the two nights I originally requested due to an accident my wife had. When I called the hotel asking if I can postpone my arrival for one day , it was rejected by the reservations office.

Very nice/ modern and clean room! It is relatively close to the city centre, at walking distance. At breakfast you can admire the castle from the window. There is access to shopping mall from the hotel. If we come back to Salzburg, we will likely choose the same accomodation!
