Overall we were quite dissappointed with the ammentities and service at the property. The only plus '+' for the H+ Hotel is its location close to the main train station in Salzburg. The room was much to be desired. Shower had cold water. Despite numerous complaints this was not resolved. We later learnt that this was a general problem where many guest complaint of the lack of hot water on the property. Initially we were told that this was part of the property energy system, and later we heard that this was due to a fault on the property. Had this been disclosed to us earlier we would have opted to switch hotels. On another point we are not certain the reason for a double bed we were given two single bed duvets. When we asked we were informed this was the only they had. Not ideal for a couple. And upon check in we were provided with complementary water. Each night thereafter there was none

"Dès qu'on entre dans l'hôtel, on se sent tout de suite à l'aise. L'"accueil est très aimable", le check-in "rapide, efficace et sans problème". Le "personnel serviable" est un autre grand point positif. Il est décrit comme "très aimable, prévenant et poli". En outre, les "chambres confortables" de cet établissement "moderne" et "très bien entretenu" sont mises en avant : ellessont"joliment meublées" et les "lits sont extrêmement confortables". Il en résulte une "atmosphère très agréable", de sorte que plus d'un client "y séjournerait à nouveau immédiatement".
