Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die ganze Abwicklung war total unkompliziert. Der Aufenthalt war angenehm und erholsam. Wir hatten einen Hund dabei, für diesen gab es sowohl ein Bettchen im Zimmer, als auch Leckerlis und einen Wassernapf. Das ist eine liebevolle Geste. Man gibt sich also wirklich Mühe, dass jeder Hotelgast sich wohlfühlt!

"Dès qu'on entre dans l'hôtel, on se sent tout de suite à l'aise. L'"accueil est très aimable", le check-in "rapide, efficace et sans problème". Le "personnel serviable" est un autre grand point positif. Il est décrit comme "très aimable, prévenant et poli".
