Il y a tout d'abord la "meilleure situation en termes d'infrastructure" grâce à la "proximité de la gare, des arrêts de bus et de tramway" ainsi que les "bonnes possibilités de stationnement" à l'hôtel. "Dès qu'on entre dans l'hôtel, on se sent tout de suite à l'aise. L'"accueil est très aimable", le check-in "rapide, efficace et sans problème". Le "personnel serviable" est un autre grand point positif. Il est décrit comme "très aimable, prévenant et poli". En outre, les "chambres confortables" de cet établissement "moderne" et "très bien entretenu" sont mises en avant : ellessont"joliment meublées" et les "lits sont extrêmement confortables".
