One of the worst stays I have experienced in Europe. You can tell the hotel was built for the Olympics and now is not doing so well. It is not in a very nice area of town and walking/ exploring the area is not possible. Here are a list of specific concerns/ issues that occurred during my stay: The front doors were broken the entire length of our stay. The hotel seems like its running on the bare essentials, not many amentities provided. Housekeeping kept reusing towels, such as hand towels in the room, even after requests to change them after my 3rd night. All the refrigerators were removed from the rooms and they request "a fee" to put the refrigerators back in the room. The restuarant is understaffed and both lunch and dinner took 2-3 hours. The SkyBar and restaurant closed when they wanted and did not maintain their posted hours. The pool was by reservation only and I suspect this is because they do not maintain the pool area. The hotel required 100% payment upfront; I tried to shorten my stay to leave/checkout a few days earlier. Even with giving 5 days notice of the new checkout date, they refused. Conference area is bare essentials and is paper cups for coffee and tea. Staff was average friendliness, which didn't help the experience. You felt you were a burden to some of the staff, while others were pleasant.

First of all, thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry that your stay with us was not up to your expectations.
Rest assured that we re taking actions about the front door as we are waiting for the manufacturer to change one malfunctioning piece. We undertand that booking the swimming pool can be an inconvenience, we only ask for our guests to pre reserve as we have 697 rooms and a swimming pool not equipped to welcome for safety and comfort reasons more than 10 people at a time.
We are truly sorry for not being able to refund you, as this were the sales conditions with the group you were part of.
