We were out everyday touring Paris and environs. Room was large and comfortable and good to crash in when we got back tired. It was interesting to be in the Olympic site, especially seeing the impact on transport. Brisbane 2032 has a long way to go.

Bonne hormis le checkik qui se dégrade ses derniers temps.
1 heure montre en main, ce n'est pas normal.
J'ai fait des photos qui montre la queue du checking lundi et les 2 pov agents d'acceuil.
C'est un point faible, cela se dégrade, attention donc.

Hôtel très bien, personnel agréable et serviable malgré le temps d'attente du Check in le 8/09 et le 1er /09. Le petit déjeuner est onéreux. je vais tenter une dernière fois de réserver cet hôtel si le temps d'attente est identique je ne reviendrais pas. en tout cas , un grand merci au personnel et je souhaite que leur situation s'améliore. j'espère que vous prendrez en compte ces informations.

It was the worst experience in my life , we have planned this trip a year ago but the stuff and the rooms, are totally ruined it, I am a diamond status for this chain but the services was absolutely unacceptable. I am waiting for the manager Magdalena to call me back, other wise we will inform media

Mon expérience globale
Je tiens à préciser que cette expérience a été tout simplement horrible. En montant dans ma chambre, je n’ai pas pu me reposer : j’étais extrêmement en colère, ce qui a totalement perturbé ma nuit et m’a empêché de récupérer avant mon séminaire professionnel.
C’est, sans exagération, la pire expérience que j’ai eue dans un hôtel depuis près de 15 ans. Et elle s’est produite dans un établissement qui affiche 4 étoiles, là où l’on attend au contraire un accueil bienveillant, une atmosphère apaisante et une réelle qualité de service.

I would not recommend coming here when in a hurry or when you travel by car. We had a very long drive of 10 hours and the hotel experience was not nice on top of that. We were looking very forward to the rooftop view and some cocktails. Also, we couldn't take glasses to our room so yeah. We just went to bed.

les chambres sont très bien mais il m'a fallu plus de 50 minutes de file d'attente pour m'enregistrer et récupérer ma clef de chambre et cela ne m'est JAMAIS arrivé alors que je fréquente assidument des hotels depuis plus de 20 ans.
Par respect pour votre personnel d'accueil ils devraient être beaucoup plus nombreux.
Je reviendrais une fois dans l'hôtel et si ce désagrément persiste, j'irais d'en un autre hôtel du secteur car ils n'en manquent pas

La chambre est impeccable, c'est parfait. Par contre revoir la procédure de check-in, bien trop longue, plus d'une heure à mon arrivée...et pareil pour le check-out, 30min d'attente pour rendre sa carte...pour un déplacement business, c'est très gênant.

My stay at the H4 Hotel Wyndham Paris Pleyel Resort was overall positive, but with a few notable downsides. The highlight was definitely the room – brand new, comfortable, and with an unforgettable view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel has good metro connections and is not far from central Paris, which made getting around relatively easy, although the trip to the airport on the day of departure was more complicated than expected.
Cleanliness was acceptable, but daily housekeeping missed basic restocks like coffee capsules, water, and toilet paper. The staff was kind and hardworking, but clearly overwhelmed – the hotel seems understaffed and lacks proper organization. Getting assistance required long waits at the reception, which was frustrating for simple requests.
Despite these inconveniences, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the value for money was fair considering the room quality and view. The sky bar offers a great view but wasn't a relaxing environment during our visit. I also found it unusual that I couldn’t borrow a wine glass from the restaurant – something I’ve never encountered in other hotels.
In summary, the hotel has great potential and delivers on comfort and location, but it would benefit greatly from better staffing, training, and service organization to match the high standard it aims to present.
