All in all positive. Only drawback was location being a little further from the city. We did experience metro cancellation.

Es lief seehr viel schief; Trotz rooming list waren falsche Daten im System (Anzahl Übernachtung, sowie Namen und Rechnungsadressen), wollten nur 90 Personen in die Bar lassen, obwohl von Anfang an bekannt war, dass wir an diesem Abend geplant haben rauf zu gehen, verschimmelte Zimmer, Wasserschaden, zu warme oder zu kalte Zimmer, zu wenig Fleisch vorbereitet, obwohl das Management die Anzahl an Vegetarier/Fleischesser kannte, dreckige Handtücher wieder zusammengelegt und hingestellt.... Das ein Convention Center kein geeignetes Equipment für die Meetingräume hat, ist sehr fragwürdig.

Bis auf den Check in war alles in Ordnung. Leider sind die französischen Mitarbeiter gegenüber deutschen sehr schroff und nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Zum Glück hatte ein deutscher Mitarbeiter geholfen.
