El hotel esta bien, pero el trato y la amabilidad de recepción no nos ha gustado nada. Tuvimos que pagar por algunas habitaciones a la mitad de nuestra estancia, no había ninguna organización.
El personal no fue educado con nosotros, nunca antes nos ha pasado esto.

We deeply regret your uncomely impressions regarding to our colleagues from the front desk who didn't meet your idea of guest oriented and friendly service attitude. Please rest assured that bearish or impolite behavior certainly isn't the usual case and our entire team generally appreciated for their kindness. To make sure it stays that way we will hold an appropriate consultation internally. Unfortunately we currently have a technical issue with authorising credit cards for guarantee and therefore have to ask all of our guests for a prepayment. We very much regret the situation as well and we are working hard to fix the problem. Hopefully you will give us another opportunity to convince you of our common warm hospitality during a future visit.

Enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a great location. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and housekeeping cleaned daily. Breakfast was great, lots of options.
