    In any event, the customer has the right to legal recourse, and in particular the right to have recourse to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute with a professional.

  3. Resolving consumer disputes with a hotel located in France
    If the customer is a consumer and if no solution can be found to the dispute with a hotel located in France, the customer has the option of turning, free of charge, to the consumer mediator on which the hotel depends, i.e. the Association of European Mediators (AME CONSO), within one year of the date of the written complaint to the hotel, in order to amicably resolve the dispute with the hotel.
