We are very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the air conditioning in your room and that you were unable to enjoy a restful night's sleep. Our air conditioning automatically turns off between midnight and 5:30 a.m. if the control is set to plus or midway. If you encounter any problems, our on-site team is always available to help. Although our hotel is located directly next to the train station and therefore offers good public transportation connections, we understand that the distance to the Old Town and navigating public transportation can be challenging, especially if you don't speak the language fluently. We are sorry that this made your stay more difficult. We are very sorry that we were not able to fully convince you with our service and amenities.
