Thank you for staying with us and for reviewing your experiences which unfortunately were not as positive as we would have wished for. Please accept our apologies for the heat in your room which affected your well-being so much. Actually our aircon only cools during the summer season. As soon as the outside temperature drops below 22 degrees it is supposed to be used as a heater. Bezüglich der Parkmöglichkeiten möchten wir Ihnen gern mitteilen, dass neben der unter unserem Hotel befindlichen öffentlichen Tiefgarage, eine Weitere mit stets genügend Stellplätzen für unsere Gäste zur Verfügung steht. Dieses alternative Parkhaus namens "Q-Park" befindet sich nur etwa 3 Gehminuten von uns entfernt und kann in Zukunft gern genutzt werden, sollte das Andere bereits besetzt sein. Gepäck können wir zu jederzeit an unserer Rezeption aufbewahren und der Preis beider Tiefgaragen in Höhe von €24,00 pro Nacht ist identisch. Wir entschuldigen uns dafür, dass Ihnen dies so offensichtlich nicht kommuniziert wurde und werden unsere Kollegen vom Empfang noch einmal sensibilisieren. Um Sie davon zu überzeugen, dass Sie sich in unserem H2 Hotel rundum wohl fühlen können, hoffen wir auf ein Wiedersehen.

Actually our stairways should only be used in case of a fire and therefore just lead outside and not back in.
