Due to the lack of minibars in the guest rooms our hotel bistro serves nice drinks and tasty food until late each day. It is also possible to leave things that need to stay cool (like medicine) with our front desk team. Zunächst einmal möchten wir Sie wissen lassen, dass ausschließlich unsere rollstuhlgerechten Zimmer mit einem Duschvorhang ausgestattet sind. Des Weiteren haben Sie jederzeit die Möglichkeit, uns um zusätzliche Kopfkissen zu bitten. Schade ist auch, dass unser sonst so beliebtes Frühstücksbuffet nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprach und die hohe Anzahl an Gästen einen negativen Eindruck hinterließ. Um solche Situationen weitgehend zu vermeiden, stellen wir, an besonders gut gebuchten Tagen, zusätzlich das Frühstücksrestaurant im angrenzenden H4 Hotel oder einen unserer Konferenzräume zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus machen die Aushänge in unseren Aufzügen und auch wir selbst bereits bei Anreise auf die bestmöglichen Frühstückszeiten aufmerksam. Es tut uns wirklich leid, dass all dies während Ihres Aufenthaltes nicht umgesetzt wurde. Goed verblijf voor een paar dagen. Wel veel straatlawaai, maar dat is op te lossen door het raam dicht te houden. Super verblijf gehad op een mooie locatie. De douche was geweldig en krachtig. Het bed inclusief de kussens waren prima!

Dear Sissel, First of all we would like to thank you for choosing our hotel for your trip to Berlin. Your meaningful words are very much appreciated and we are inconsolable for what happened especially since we never had a similar situation before. Actually the ants came from outside and we have immediately initiated several preparations to get rid of them. Your room was shut down instantaneous and a specialized company was commissioned. Furthermore we regret that our breakfast didn't fully meet your expectations although we do offer boilded as well as scrambled eggs and typical german meat balls instead of bacon.
