It was good, I was there for the 100 miles run and the staff has been great with me. They also informed me about breakfast option at H4 on the day of the race. The luggage storage service has been also a great help.
I queued at the reception during crowded hours and the waiting time was not so big.
Oh, and one day I woke up early and the night receptionist told me breakfast could start only at 6:30, but I could take a cup of coffee if needed.
Very nice of him.

Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage zum Alex und direkt an der Karl-Liebknecht Allee, hat mich das Hotel sehr positiv überrascht. Für mich war natürlich auch die nahe Lage zum Wettkampf/ Mauerweglauf entscheident. Gerne wieder!
