The car attended asked for the keys and said he would park it inside
It was left out all night and the hotel tried to bill us for parking

21.08.23The AC did not work, which was the main issue. It was so hot in the room. Like 30C! After telling the reception desk about the issue, nothing happened. One problem is their window sensor that falsely detects the window as open. The second one is the AC is not powerful enough - they should get a refund and put in a proper actual AC. The third issue is the control of the AC is confusing and not intuitive - who bought this garbage? Based on the AC control it is impossible to know whether the AC is activated or not, what the room temperature is, etc.

18.08.23It was ok but room was not very large and 5 stars means a pool in Germany, Canada, Switzerland, America so confusing when none there. Computers didn't work at check-in which was annoying and one small elevator is not sufficient for the number of rooms.

Leider wurde beim Frühstück an frischem Obst, Säften und Kaffee gespart. Das ist in diesem Preissegment der falsche Ort zu sparen. Hier geht es um höchstens 2 %.
Ich habe die Züre im Badezimmer sehr vermisst, ebenso das Waschbecken auf der Toilette.
Das ist gar nicht angenehm.

16.08.23Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt ganz und gar nicht: Reinigung Zimmer ungenügend (keine Bodenreinigung, WC nicht sauber etc.). Das Personal war nicht gut geschult. Grundsätzlich sind unsere Erwartung nicht erfüllt worden. Andere 5-Sterne-Hotels sind deutlich besser aufgestellt.
