- Friendly stuff.
- The breakfast (if you don't have it included) is definitelly too expensive.
- In our room a mirror fell from the wall and we had to change room. I didn't even get an apologize and had to ask myself for a compensation. - - Also we had a water kettle that never stopped cooking and was hot all over and impossible to hold (seemed to be able to explode or something). We got a new one, but my impression is that facilites in the rooms in general are of not so good quality; also the hairdryer was not working well in none of the rooms.

Great! We loved the staff and the breakfast. We thought that common areas and upholstery could be a bit cleaner. Also, the double glazing in the corner suite did not really keep the traffic noise out.
Also, the sauna was fabulous, and the birthday surprise was so thoughtful. Thank you!

Please accept our sincere apologies for the nightly fire alarm and for the lack of excuses or statements on our part. Such an occurrence is not common for us either and we were just as frustrated as you. As a matter of course will repeatedly brief our team how to handle such an unpredictable incident in a calm and professional way. Furthermore will get the responsible fire detector checked by an authorized company. Fortunately it only was a false alarm caused by one of our guests by mistake and we imploringly hope that these uncomely experiences do not deter you from staying with us again in the future.
