Bezugnehmend auf Ihre 90% Bewertung sind wir froh, dass wir Ihren Erwartungen an einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in unserem Hause insgesamt gerecht wurden und ein Gefühl von Wohlbefinden vermitteln konnten. Für den unangenehmen Geruch in Ihrem Badezimmer entschuldigen wir uns hingegen aufrichtig und werden dies umgehend prüfen. Meist handelt es sich hierbei lediglich um den Siphon, welcher nicht richtig auf dem Abfluss sitzt und rasch korrigiert werden kann. Schon heute hoffen wir auf ein Wiedersehen, wo wir Ihre Eindrücke noch verbessern möchten.
