Liebe Andrea, wir schätzen jedes einzelne Feedback, um daraus zu lernen und natürlich auch aufgrund des direkten Gästekontakts. Schade nur, dass wir Ihre Erwartungen an einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in unserem Hause nicht erfüllen konnten und Ihre Bewertung entsprechend mangelhaft ausfiel. Für den unangenehmen Geruch in Ihrem Badezimmer entschuldigen wir uns aufrichtig und werden der Ursache umgehend auf den Grund gehen. Meist handelt es sich hierbei um den Siphon, welcher nicht richtig auf dem Abfluss sitzt und rasch korrigiert werden kann. Zudem haben Sie je nach Auslastung auch stets die Möglichkeit, einen Zimmertausch vorzunehmen, sollte etwas nicht in Ordnung sein. Bezüglich der Parkmöglichkeiten möchten wir Ihnen gern mitteilen, dass neben der unter unserem Hotel befindlichen öffentlichen Tiefgarage, eine Weitere mit stets genügend Stellplätzen für unsere Gäste zur Verfügung steht. Dieses alternative Parkhaus namens "Q-Park" befindet sich nur etwa 3 Gehminuten von uns entfernt und kann in Zukunft gern genutzt werden, sollte das Andere bereits besetzt sein. Gepäck können wir zu jederzeit an unserer Rezeption aufbewahren und der Preis beider Tiefgaragen in Höhe von €24,00 pro Nacht ist identisch. Wir entschuldigen uns dafür, dass Ihnen dies so offensichtlich nicht kommuniziert wurde und werden unsere Kollegen vom Empfang noch einmal instruieren. Des Weiteren wollen wir Sie wissen lassen, dass all unsere Etagenbetten über einen Rausfallschutz verfügen, welcher jedoch einzuklappen ist. However, we regret that you found your room to be too hot and the aircon not adjustable. Actually, it only cools during the summertime.
