Bad Arolsen, 6 July 2023 – Since mid-May 2023, Stephanie Nierhaus has been responsible for all new openings of H- Hotels.com as Director Openings. With Nierhaus, the Hessian hotel company brought on board a proven expert thanks to more than 20 years of experience. She began her career in the sales and marketing department of various luxury and business hotels such as the Sheraton Congress Hotel in Frankfurt am Main, the Schlosshotel Kronberg near Frankfurt and the Grand Hotel Taschenbergpalais Kempinski in Dresden. While working, she completed her Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing and Human Resources at the FOM Hochschule für Ökonomie und Management in Frankfurt before working at the Radisson Blu Hotel Frankfurt up to the position of Executive Assistant Manager and taking over as General Manager with the Element Hotel Frankfurt, a serviced apartment product with focus on long-stay. Also as General Manager, Stephanie Nierhaus accompanied the preopening of the AC Hotel Mainz, operated by Odyssey Hotel Group, as well as other new openings and acquisitions of the Odyssey Hotel Group in Germany as VP Operations. Most recently, she was Head of Development/Hospitality at Sirius Management GmbH.

Stephanie Nierhaus' responsibilities include all new openings of H-Hotels.com. "I see myself as an interface to all departments from Operations to Commercial to Development so that all pre-opening activities go hand in hand to guarantee a successful and punctual opening and to position the hotels optimally on the market," says Nierhaus. Currently, her focus is on the opening of the H4 Hotel Paris Pleyel. "Here, in addition to the typical pre-opening activities, the country, people, culture and mentality must also be taken into account."

The opening of the H4 Hotel Paris Pleyel is scheduled for spring 2024. The H+ Hotel Frankfurt Eschborn opened only recently, and the H2 Hotel Mainz is also scheduled to open in October 2023, the H2 Hotel Vienna and the H2 Hotel Saarbrücken in spring 2024 and the H2 Hotel Erfurt in October 2024.

In addition to her position as Director Openings, Nierhaus will also take on the role of ESG Manager. In this role, she will work very closely with all departments and hotels to ensure that ESG aspects are integrated into all of H-Hotels.com's business processes. Stephanie Nierhaus is also responsible for the further development of H-Hotels.com's ESG strategy to achieve the company's sustainability goals and maximise the positive impact on the environment, society and corporate governance.
