Bad Arolsen, 30 June 2023 – The H2 Hotels brand, which belongs to H-Hotels.com, is continuing its expansion course in Germany and Austria in 2024. In the future, H2 Hotels in Mainz, Vienna, Saarbrücken and Erfurt will delight guests in central locations with modern design, innovative room concepts and above-average service at fair prices. The 195-room H2 Hotel Mainz will open at the beginning of October 2023 in the former customs port, where a new city quarter with offices, flats and numerous cultural and gastronomic offerings is currently being built. The old town is about two kilometres away. Also in a prime location not far from Schönbrunn Palace and directly on the U4 underground line, the H2 Hotel Wien will welcome its guests in Austria's capital from spring 2024. 265 double and four-bed rooms in a modern building complex with shopping mall, underground car park and the HUB with shop and all-day F&B offer round off the first H2 Hotel in Austria from H-Hotels.com. At the same time, the H2 Hotel Saarbrücken with 202 double and four-bed rooms in Saarbrücken's pedestrian zone will also open its doors. The banks of the Saar are only about 200 metres away. Other highlights such as Saarbrücken Castle, the Saarland Museum or the Saarland State Theatre are easily accessible on foot or by public transport. The fourth hotel to open in October 2024 is the H2 Hotel Erfurt in the heart of the Thuringian state capital, just a few steps away from the main railway station. The hotel with 213 rooms is being built at the former Löbertor; it is only a short walk to the medieval centre with its sights.
