H-Hotels.com is one of the winners of the Deutsche Bonus Awards 2022 – Attractive HotMiles customer loyalty programme in top three once again
Bad Arolsen, 14 February 2023 – Keeping guests’ needs front and centre: H-Hotels.com is once again in the leading pack at the Deutsche Bonus Awards 2022 with its HotMiles customer loyalty programme. They are awarded third place in the “Programme of the Year” and “Best Points Earning Campaign” categories for hotels. In the “Best App” category, the hotel group was again awarded second place. Between 16 January and 5 February over 45,000 people cast their votes in recognition of the achievements of businesses in the customer loyalty sector and their more than 2,000 rewards programmes. Numerous firms once again put themselves forward at this year’s awards. HotMiles was launched in September 2017 and customers have been appreciating the range of benefits ever since, including exclusive special offers, access to Executive Lounges at H4 and HYPERION hotels, and reduced prices.

The rewards shop, established in 2022 on the scheme’s fifth anniversary, also offers a range of attractive non-cash rewards. With the free H-Hotels.com app, guests always have their personal QR code to hand. This makes it even easier for them to collect HotMiles during their stay. Benefits available under the loyalty scheme vary depending on whether members have achieved Silver, Gold or Platinum status. Bonus programme participants who are also Deutsche Bahn users can additionally convert their HotMiles into BahnBonus loyalty points and enjoy, for example, free journeys.
