Practical multifunctional rooms and a spacious foyer

At the H4 Hotel Münster, you can choose between two conference rooms of 71 and 77 m² for your event, located on the 2nd floor. For larger events, the two rooms can be connected to create an area of 148 m². Thanks to variable seating arrangements, the rooms can easily be transformed from a conference room with a large meeting table for 18-20 people into a festive banquet hall with atmospheric lighting for a celebration with up to 80 people or into a cinema hall for up to 100 people.

The technical equipment includes Internet access via high-speed WiFi as well as modern conference and presentation technology. In addition, both rooms have natural daylight and can be darkened so that film screenings or presentations are possible at any time. Individually adjustable air conditioning ensures optimum temperature and the best working conditions regardless of the summer heat or winter weather.

The conference foyer is located directly in front of the two conference rooms. The spacious area with large windows is ideal for breaks during the event. Tables and comfortable seating invite you to relax. There is also a bar directly in the conference foyer.
