Lovely stay, everything went without a problem.
Would a kettle in the room be better? Didn't bother me as I had read that there wasn't one before I came but would have been a bonus.
Lidl nice and close for getting drinks. Lots of nice restaurants close by.

I had only one issue with the internet. The connection dropped every 2-3 minutes or so, making it impossible to work over the laptop or phone. I have tried connecting different devices but encountered the same connection problems. The internet was working fine in the reception though...

The room was incredibly modern and well-designed, with sleek furnishings and good facilities. Everything was spotlessly clean. The amenities were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The only downside was the view from my window – it faced a wall, which was a bit underwhelming. However, I’m sure if I had asked, I could have upgraded to a room with a better view. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, modern comfort, and excellent facilities.

Thank you for staying with us and for reviewing your experiences which unfortunately were not as positive as we would have wished for. Please accept our apologies for the described circumstances in your room which affected your well-being so much. Actually our aircon only cools during the summer season. As soon as the outside temperature drops below 22 degrees it is supposed to be used as a heater. The shower in your room will be checked by our maintenance team and we hope that these uncomely impressions do not deter you from staying with us again someday as we would like to prove our otherwise appreciated great hospitality.
