Bene, ma non benissimo.
Non so se ritornerei da voi.
L’hotel è bello ed è in una posizione perfetta, ma sinceramente ci sono diverse cose che non mi son piaciute.
A partire dal check in.
Sono arrivata il pomeriggio e dopo aver compilato i moduli mi viene chiesto come pagare. Dico che ho già pagato tramite il servizio Booking. Allora la ragazza (Alex Kiss) mi chiede se voglio usare il parcheggio e io dico di no, dato che sono arrivata in aereo. A quel punto mi dice che deve bloccare un deposito di 10 euro sulla mia carta. Non si capisce il motivo. Acconsento, ma noto che è una pratica che Alex chiede solo a me. Peccato poi provare a bloccare sulla mia carta non 10 euro, ma 500.000 UF. La mia carta non funziona (ha un tetto inferiore) così la ragazza vista anche la coda dietro al desk, desiste e mi da la chiave della camera. Questa pratica la trovo assolutamente inappropriata.
Un’altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta è l’assenza di un frigo in camera (c’erano 35 gradi fuori e magari acquistare una scorta d’acqua e lasciarla in frigo sarebbe stato bello).
I cuscini troppo bassi. Ne ho chiesti due in più, e lo staff delle pulizie me li ha fatti trovare, ma consiglio di lasciarne un paio in più in ogni camera.
Prodotti per lavarsi.
Il livello di bagnoschiuma e sapone vanno controllati ogni giorno. L’ultima mattina noi siamo rimaste senza bagnoschiuma …
Colazione:
C’è poca attenzione del personale durante la colazione - l’ultima mattina c’erano 3 macchine per il caffè inutilizzabili. E poi ci c’è poca scelta sugli a alimenti dolci, quelli che ci sono sono buoni ma finiscono subito.

Vistelsen var okej. Det var dock för varmt på rummet, vi var 4 personer i ett rum. Vi sade till i receptionen men det blev ingen förbättring.
Sängarna var väldigt hårda.

The breakfast was poor - The scrambled egg cold, Sausages cold, watery juice - Could there not be a chef doing omelettes or fried eggs ? Bread was fresh and good quality - a variety of pastries would have been nice - we had only croissants every day - nice but repetitive after a few days
