Das Hotel eignet sich hervorragend für einen Städtetripp. Es wirkt alles sehr neu und die zentrale Lage mit der direkten U-Bahn Station direkt vor dem Hotel sowie dem Einkaufszentrum genau unter dem Hotel ist einfach super, besser geht es nicht. Die Zimmer haben außerdem keinen Teppichboden, wie sonst üblich in Hotels, was wegen der Hygiene sehr sehr angenehm ist. Die Betten sind super bequem, die Bettwäsche hochwertig, und die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr konfortabel ausgestattet. In der großräumigen Dusche ist alles vorhanden, Pflegeprodukte, Handtücher und Fön. Auf Wunsch werden die Handtücher täglich ausgewechselt. Das Personal im Hotel ist in allen Bereichen, ob Lobby, Küche oder das Reinigungspersonal, super freundlich. Alles Top und sehr empfehlenswert.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is very accessible since metro station is just across the street. Staff are helpful and breakfast service was great. Rooms are clean and have an excellent view of the streets of Vienna.

Sehr schönes und gut gelegenes Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich, ab und zu leidet die Freundlichkeit aufgrund Überlastung.
Mithelfen gewünscht wie Tablett zurück räumen könnten mehr Hinweise sein wie das Konzept ist.
Zimmer Wasserdruck etwas zu niedrig man hat den Eindruck mehr zu verbrauchen durch längere Duschzeit weil der Wasserstrahl nicht ausreicht. Kein Schrank für längeren Aufenthalt als 2 Tage ist nicht optimal. Ansonsten haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.

We got a very good experience with you, only thing that didn’t work was the TV, and the electric curtains didn’ t work. Besides that, everything else was perfect. When I return in Vienna, I’ comin g back to this hotel

Schlechte Reinigung, Frühstück i.o könnte aber auch etwas Abwechslung vertragen( Croissants oder andere Marmelade. Kaffeemaschinen waren ständig defekt so das die Schlange davor ewig lang wurde. Mitarbeiter waren freundlich , aber wenn man eine Auskunft über ausflüge haben wollte , gabs als Antwort immer nur kann ich leider nicht helfen. Hotelkarte hat oft nicht funktioniert,
