Das Hotel machte trotz der noch laufenden Baustelle / Ausbau einen sehr guten Eindruck. Leider fehlte im ersten zugeteilten Zimmer der Fernseher, Zimmer wurde aber schnell und umkompliziert getauscht.

um 18:00 keine Mitarbeiter bei der Rezeption, Wartezeit von 10 Minuten bis wer kam; 3 Kellnerinnen beim Frühstück, die den Gästen ein Tablett bringen, damit diese dann ihre Teller und Tassen selbstständig abräumen, sonst aber keinen ersichtlichen Auftrag haben - definitiv kein 4 Sterne Service
