Overall experience was very good and staff were very friendly but on checking out we had forgotten that we had requested a quiet room at a cost of 5 Euros per night and we were not charged when we checked in. The receptionist was adamant that he had mentioned this but we were adamant that he had not. In the end we did not have to pay. I emailed the hotel on arriving home having checked previous correspondence, apologised for the oversight and offered to pay the outstanding amount. Management kindly decided that this was not necessary.

Really nice hotel staff. We had early bird train connection on next morning. Staff arranged us really full- bodied and tasty breakfast- backs. It's suprised us!
