Ich finde alles sehr gut, allerdings ist mein Aufenthalt dort getrübt worden, da der Gutschein eine Umbuchung war. Meine Mutter war schwer erkrankt und ist dann auch gestorben. Ich hatte sie gepflegt, konnte also gar nichts für die Umbuchung. Somit bin ich mit einer 30 Euro Zahlung beim Einchecken bestraft worden. Somit hätte ich den Aufenthalt auch kurz vorher regulär buchen können.
