It was a good stay at the H4 Hotel compared to our hostel the previous nights where we pretty much paid the same price as the hotel but we had a shared bathroom and no amenities. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were too soft. Bathroom I can't fault anything. The Tv had CNN as the only english channel. Overall it was a good stay and would stay here again.

It was a good hotel used all time when in Berlin . After it took a whole day to repair a faulty toilet that was reported at 0800 ,then to report it another 2 times before it got fixed ,got another room that was not cleaned correctly , the room safe did not work could store documents ,windows not opening in a 30+ heatwave ,fan system very poor .
