wir danken Ihnen dafür, dass Sie die bei uns gewonnenen Eindrücke haben Revue passieren lassen, um anschließend ein Feedback abzugeben. Bezugnehmend auf Ihre gute 77% Bewertung sind wir froh, dass Ihr Aufenthalt in unserem Hause erholsam war und unsere tolle zentrale Lage, sowie unsere super Annehmlichkeiten einen großen Teil dazu beitrugen. Schade nur, dass Ihr Zimmer und unser Frühstücksbuffet nicht vollständig Ihren Erwartungen entsprachen. Ihre Anmerkungen werden wir daher zum Anlass nehmen, sowohl mit unserem Küchenchef als auch dem Management über etwaige Optimierungsmaßnahmen zu sprechen. Darüber hinaus bitten wir um Ihr Verständnis, dass unser Außenbereich derzeit nicht zu nutzen ist, da bei einem heftigen Sturm vor etwa zwei Wochen unser gesamtes Mobiliar beschädigt wurde. Natürlich werden wir dieses schnellstmöglich ersetzen und hoffen auf eine weitere Gelegenheit, eines Tages erneut Ihr Gastgeber sein zu dürfen.
