Very good! The only nasty thing is that it does not have fridge in the room. You have to go downstairs at the reception to put your food in a very tiny fridge.... and you have to wait a little bit because there are tens of people waiting in the lobby... that was at least my experience. I wouldn't have dared to say "hey, sorry, I have to put some food in the fridge" or "hey, I would like to take the food from the fridge", probably I would have waited a lot after all people got checked in....
