The shower was clogged. I've report it to the reception in the 3nd day (early morning) of my say. I stayed for 4 nights. Only after 3 reports (the last in writing) it was fixed on the last day (checkout day).
One of the rooms had a column going though it. It should be a STORAGE ROOM not a SLEEPING ROOM!
I've put the sign "do not disturb" in the room ONCE in may last day. Someone entered the room without my consent.
At the check-in 2 on-hold transactions were made on my debit card. At the check-out, one was collected but for mysterious reasons a second new transaction was made while keeping the initial one on-hold. This translated into a DOUBLE COLLECTION on my debit card, which I'm still waiting for the REFUND! CAN YOU HELP PLEASE? It's more than 560€. I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!!!

The location was ok. Greater number of staff were friendly. There was a staff who took his time to resolve queries. But the house keeping staff need proper monitoring. We practically have to beg to get our room cleaned. Under the bed was very dusty because the bed moved apart. We spent 4nights there and the floor and bathroom/toilet were not cleaned.
