24.07.23Der Herr von der Minibar hat sich unmöglich verhalten. Lautes Hämmern an die Tür, obwohl ich sagte " einen Moment bitte" kam er trotzdem von selbst herein, schreit mich an ""MINI-BAR" und als sich sagte " bitte später", ist er wortlos verschwunden und hat die Minibar später nicht aufgefüllt!

22.07.23AC was poor, room was hot. Staff provided a fan. There was a step in the room which seemed unnecessary and a bit dangerous. The bed was hard. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would not stay again.

21.07.23The cleaner took our room key twice and we complained about it. Each time, the woman at the reception only said she was sorry. Even the cleaning person came into our room the day we checked in and took the key. I asked to speak to the manager about the matter, but the manager pretended not to know about it. And it's been 10 days since I stayed, but I still haven't received my deposit back. When I contacted the hotel by e-mail, they said they would return it soon, but they returned it too late. I would never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to others.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the poor first impression; your experience is not the norm and is certainly not acceptable at our hotel. It is always of utmost importance to us to ensure that our guests leave the hotel satisfied at all times. We are very sorry for the mentioned discomfort and that it takes a few days for the blocked money to get released. Unfortunately takes up to 10 days depending on the bank. Again, we would like to express our sorrow for the trouble, and we hope to meet again someday for a more enjoyable time with us.

17.07.23This was our second stay & it felt like a completely different hotel. Our room had stains all over the bathroom floor & the shower was not cleaned well. Hotel staff said they would speak to management to see what could be done, but never got back with us. Nobody offered to help with our bags when we arrived & the night manager said the kitchen was closed & sent us out to find dinner without letting us know that the hotel was still offering room service. It was a bizarre stay to say the least. We love Salzburg, but we will not stay at the Hyperion again.
