13.12.23A very nice modern hotel. Spacious and well-maintained.
However, checking in took 10+ minutes per person with ID cards, documents to sign, checking whether the rooms are available, etc. I strongly recommend that the checkin process be significantly improved.

12.12.23En general la experiencia ha sido de 10 tal y como reflejo en la encuesta. En cuanto a la ubicación el hotel está en una zona tranquila y próxima al casco antiguo de la ciudad. El hotel impresionante, con un personal muy profesional y atento. Tanto el room service como el restaurante excelentes. Estuvimos en una suite muy amplia y con vistas a la fortaleza. Sin duda es un hotel para recomendar.

11.12.23A beautiful hotel with great staff and uniforms. However, our room wasn’t cleaned and dirty dishes, glasses and waste basket were left. Apart from that our stay was perfect, but we expected decent room cleaning service.

06.12.23Très agréable dans l’ensemble nous avons également pu tester le bar, pour ma part j’ai commandé un Martini et il y avait plus de glace que de Martini.
Mais dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
Peut être une amélioration à faire dans la pratique des langues étrangères mais nous Français nous sommes dans le même cas.
