We are very sorry that the size of your quadruple room didn't meet your expectations although a detailed description of our family rooms including pictures can be found on our homepage and various other online booking portals. For your future visit we would like to recommend booking 2 rooms with adjoining door for more space or otherwise one of the beautiful and spacious suites at our adjoining H4 Hotel. Furthermore we regret that you found the alternative car park which is about 3 minutes walking distance from us to be too far away. Still we hope to meet again someday at one of our H-Hotels in Berlin to improve your impressions.

Please be informed that actually all of our comfort rooms are equipped with twin beds which makes your request for a double bed just not accomplishable. Fortunately though all beds can easily be pushed together and additional pillows are available on request. Rest assured that our guest’s requests always are respected and considered but can only be fulfilled due to availability on the arrival day. That’s why we can't and actually never do guarantee any room preferences in advance. In case we are not able to fulfill a wish straight away we do always offer a room change the next day or as soon as the possibility is given.
