um 18:00 keine Mitarbeiter bei der Rezeption, Wartezeit von 10 Minuten bis wer kam; 3 Kellnerinnen beim Frühstück, die den Gästen ein Tablett bringen, damit diese dann ihre Teller und Tassen selbstständig abräumen, sonst aber keinen ersichtlichen Auftrag haben - definitiv kein 4 Sterne Service

Das Hotel ist modern und mit allem ausgestattet was man bei einem Städtetrip benötigt. Sie haben ein wundervolles Frühstücksbuffet und der Blick aus der 10ten Etage auf die Stadt ist einfach nur toll. Die öffentliche Anbindung ist sehr gut.

The room and the breakfast were excellent in regards to quality-to-price ratio. The location was also good as there was a mall attached to the hotel, and there was an U-Bahn station right next to the hotel.
