Am letzten Tag gab es im gesamten Haus einen totalen Stromausfall! Um 6 Uhr am Morgen ging weder Aufzug noch könnte jemand erreicht werden. Ich habe Kontakt zur Polizei aufgenommen, diese kam wohl, teilte aber mit das Hotel sei betroffen! Mit altem Hund und selber alt, habe ich mich sehr beschissen gefühlt. Zumal kein Personal oder sonstige Info kamen. Kein Notfallplan???
