Very pleasing especially after getting my second nicht upgrade to a balcony room because of Wyndham Gold Status (listed in Hotmiles) My first night was paid with 15000 Wyndham rewards points and according to reception could not be upgraded or include any additional amenities

Hotel location is the best. Everything is almost walking distance. Rooms are clean, breakfast - many choices to choose from. Kids would love to have Nutella, but for me that was not a problem. Staff friendly and because son is affraid of elevators, they gave us a room in lower floor. The one thing we didnt like were pillows - they were too low.

Personale poco attento al benessere del cliente. Quando abbiamo effettuato il check out, alle 5.30 del mattino, abbiamo chiesto un bicchiere d’acqua in reception e ci è stato detto che non era possibile poiché la sala colazione era ancora chiusa. Mi sembra estremamente poco cortese e di pessimo gusto. Dovete stare attenti al vostro personale. Non ci ritorneremo!!!

Die Lichtsensoren bei den Betten sind störend, weil in der Nacht das Licht angeht.
Wir haben bei der Ankunft die Koffer im Gepäckraum gelassen und als wir einchecken wollten war die Tür elektronisch verschlossen. Die Dame an der Rezeption war überfordert und unfreundlich, das sollte nicht sein. Wir haben Verständnis, aber sie sollte einen angemessenen Ton anschlagen
