I had some issue wit the A/C in my room 606. we had 2 rooms 603 and 606.
i complained several times at the reception of the not working correctly the A/C and the hotel could not fix it. at the night the person from the reception confirmed a not working A/C and would fix it next day

Muito ruim, provavelmente não voltaria a me hospedar com vocês, estive no verão e o ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava, falei com a recepção que simplesmente disse pra abrir a janela, pedi pra trocar de quarto falaram que não tinha mas pelo Booking havia disponíveis, solicitei um ventilador e também não havia, disseram que no dia seguinte seria resolvido mas nada mudou, foram as piores noites que já tive em um hotel na Europa. Café da manhã era farto e muito bom, mas não era reabastecido com frequência.

It felt more like a YHA or a IBIS than a conventional hotel but it is in a very central location and also has easy access to trams, buses and underground. Air con was excellent - a got send in the exceptionally hot weather whilst we were in Budapest. Breakfast was good and liked that it was included in the price. Bistro was OK. We came late and the choice was limited but what we had was fine. It worked for us but felt it was a bit over priced. We’d stay with H2 again depending on the price.

The hotel was conveniently located. The staff were nice and helpful. The room is not the cleanest as we found a candy wrapper on the floor but it didn’t affect our overall experience. Love the breakfast buffet with a variety of options. The hotel is near a mini mart and lot of restaurants.
