Hello, we ordered cozy doublebed room. When we had arrived receptionist told us, that isnt possible to get doublebed room. We got room with four beds like at some hostel… Bad experience and for me is that unimaginable for romantic weekend for example. I would like asi you for some compensation with this experience. Really lovely hotel, let down by what tasted like last weeks fruit salad, sulphur eggs , no toast machine , at breakfast. The girl at checkout was really very helpful & pleasant, the guys at check-in were blaise and uninterested in providing a level of service! Superior room was very nice and lovely area for eating , chilling & relaxing 😎
