We are not used to getting such negative reviews and therefore we are very sad about yours. Please accept our sincere apologies for all the described cisrcumstances that upset you so much. We must admit that we are just as disappointed as you about all the trouble which in fact a not a usual case. Our breakfast generally is appreciated by our guests and we are sorry for your opposite experiences. As a matter of course we will not only discuss your notes with our service colleagues but also use it for internal training purpose to avoid further occurrences. Our rooms are designed in a minimalist industrial style which means open modern furnishing and we regret that you did not like this unique innovative concept. If you prefer the charm of a traditional hotel with different ambiences and additional amenities, we would like to recommend our H4, H+ or Hyperion Hotel for trips to other countries.

Great hotel, and lovely as a group of three friends that everyone had a proper bed and didn't have to share or one person absorb the cost of their own room. Staff were incredibly friendly on reception and super helpful when we requested extra pillows.
The location is outstanding with almost everything in walking distance. We'd absolutely recommend this place and would stay again in future.

Great location and a room with the bare minimum. Great cleaning staff. 2 friendly receptionist- one who helped with extra pillows and the one who said goodmorning. Otherwise, quite an unwelcoming staff.

This was a very sad visit for me to Budapest, but my stay at the H2 Hotel eased the pain I was feeling. Your staff are wonderful -- kudos to everyone. I do plan to visit Budapest as a tourist to experience the city as my son did, and I do plan to stay at H2 again.

This was our first time in the hotel. The location is excellent if you want to do a lot of sightseeing or if you are on a business trip. The room was spacious and had basic amenities. Definitely a higher end 3 star hotel comparing internationally or even 4 star in certain countries. I would not recommend the hotel if you want to relax but we had a pleasant stay
