The first night we were in a room that was not great. The heat was still on for the building, which you cannot control. We were told to crack the window, but it was still very hot in the room. The room was also directly across the hall from the elevator, and on the second floor we could hear people yelling in the street until 5 a.m. However, we talked to the front staff the next day and they were extremely helpful in getting us a new room. We were placed on a higher floor, not across from the elevator, and we were facing the inner courtyard that was much much quieter. Our remaining evenings with the hotel were great! The breakfast is wonderful and the location superb. Again, I really compliment the staff for being so helpful after a rough first night.

Rooms were modern, clean and the hotel was in a great location. Staff were very friendly. Only issue we had was with the bed pillows which did not offer much support but we were given extras which helped this.
